Never To Late Foundation is a community-based nonprofit headquartered on the Northside of Lafayette, Louisiana, serving individuals and families throughout Lafayette Parish, with plans to expand into additional communities as our programs grow.

We are committed to helping people rebuild their lives through safe housing, education, workforce development, and supportive services. Mr. Mouton brings a strong ethical foundation and a hands-on leadership approach, with direct involvement in community outreach, food distribution, and the preparation of housing for individuals in recovery or transition.

Founder & Leadership

Dominique Mouton is the founder of Never Too Late Foundation, a nonprofit organization serving residents throughout Lafayette Parish. He established the organization to address housing instability and barriers to self-sufficiency through structured housing, workforce development, education, and supportive services. Mr. Mouton brings a strong ethical foundation and a hands-on leadership approach, with direct involvement in community outreach, food distribution, and the preparation of housing for individuals in recovery or transition. His leadership emphasizes accountability, dignity, and long-term stability.

We also provide structured transitional housing options, including women-only homes, designed to support individuals during critical life transitions and prepare them for independent living.
